Damages and Issues
We want you to truly love your Jamelle Moore Art artwork. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue for you.

All Sales Final
Please feel free to contact us with any questions at jamellesworkshop@gmail.com. 

You may contact us to see if an exchange is available within 30 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition and original packaging.

Once received and inspected, we will issue an Jamelle Moore Art credit equal to your purchase price, which can be applied toward another Erin Hanson artwork of your choice.
Please note:

• Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Artwork must be carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.
• Exchange credit is valid for 30 days.
